  • Track site staff training compliance and escalate gaps to the Sr. Clinical Research Manager
  • Collaborate with Field Clinical Specialists and Biomedical Engineers to align training content with field protocols

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Life Sciences, Education, Instructional Design, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
  • 3–5+ years of experience in clinical education, instructional design, or training program management in a medical device, pharmaceutical, or clinical research environment
  • Hands-on experience administering and building within an LMS platform (e.g. Docebo, Cornerstone, Veeva Vault Training, or similar)
  • Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools (e.g. Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate) and video production for training content
  • Familiarity with ICH-GCP, FDA IDE regulations, and GCP training compliance requirements for investigational device studies
  • Prior exposure to mechanical circulatory support, cardiac surgery, or implantable device programs is an advantage
  • Can-do attitude — creative problem-solver — strong written communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
  • Comfortable coordinating across global time zones and supporting a rapidly scaling clinical program
