Role Description
This is a unique opportunity to work alongside the founder of the company in helping to build the next phase of our growth. The vast majority of Cascade's sales to date have been inbound - this role will be focused on helping to expand that motion into the outbound space. We have the best product, incredible marketing and some of the brightest minds in tech. Your role will be to harness those things into a scalable and successful outbound motion in our selected verticals.
If you're looking for a great sales role, that also gives you exposure to C-Suite executives all over Asia-Pacific, then this is the role for you. This is a full-time hybrid role for an Enterprise Account Executive, located in Sydney, NSW, with some work from home accepted. You'll be responsible for developing sales strategies as you work towards your sales quota. You'll work directly alongside the APAC go-to-market team, lead by Cascade's founder and Chief Product Officer. This is a hands on, multifaceted sales role where you'll drive pipeline as well as manage deals end-to-end.
Qualifications
- High commercial acumen - you'll be selling to CEOs, COOs, CFOs and Chief Strategy Officers
- Strong product skills - we're a product first company so your demos need to be incredible
- Outbound experience (including a minimum 3+ years B2B SaaS sales experience) - you'll be required to build most of your pipeline from scratch
- Able to demonstrate ownership of revenue targets and territory/account management
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ideally you'll have had some exposure to strategic planning, execution or even consulting
Other Notes
- This is a hybrid role with a requirement to be in our Sydney CBD office at least 3 days per week (we love in person collaboration!)
- You'll be managing some pipeline in the Middle East, so some evening work/flexibility is required (late start, late finish days)
- Base salary $125,000–$135,000 + superannuation + commission
