What might your days look like

As the Quality Control Specialist, you will be responsible for developing quality standards of our products, processes and interactions with our clients. Our platform and our business are constantly changing, the perfect candidate is a professional who will take us to the next level in accuracy, security and safety across the whole CX team.

You will need to ensure that we maintain a strong overall quality control adhering to reliability, performance and customer expectation. To be successful, you will need to communicate effectively, influence stakeholders, prioritise tasks, and drive outcomes.

You'll be responsible for:

Analysis and Assessment:

  • Conduct thorough Root Cause Analysis to identify underlying issues affecting product quality and process efficiency.
  • Perform detailed Process Assessments to pinpoint areas for improvement, ensuring our operations align with the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Technology and Process Optimisation:

  • Evaluate existing technologies and recommend upgrades or changes, focusing on enhancing the security and reliability of our processes.
  • Lead Continuous Improvement Initiatives to refine and optimise our operations, ensuring our products and services exceed customer expectations.

Communication and Documentation:

  • Actively collect and analyse feedback to understand the impact of changes on customer satisfaction and process effectiveness.
  • Maintain meticulous Documentation and Reporting, providing insights and updates on quality control measures and progress to management.

Change Management and Training:

  • Facilitate the adoption of new processes and standards, providing comprehensive training and guidance to the CX team.
  • Collaborate across functions to ensure that quality improvements align with broader company goals and customer needs.

Compliance and Regulatory Adherence:

  • Ensure all processes and products comply with industry regulations and standards, maintaining the highest levels of safety and legal compliance.

What you'll bring

  • Minimum 1 Year of Experience in Support or Implementations
  • Demonstrated Knowledge of Company Products and Services
  • In-Depth Understanding of Industry Standards and Company Policies
  • Sharp Attention to Detail
  • Strong Analytical, Adaptability and Problem-Solving Skills
  • High Level of Written and Verbal Communication
  • Leadership and Training Abilities
