In your role, you'll be focused on…
We are seeking talented and experienced Senior Backend Software Engineers to play a pivotal role in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of our platform in Platform /DevOps/ Site Reliability Engineer team. As a Senior Backend Software Engineer, you will lead initiatives to design, implement, and maintain robust infrastructure and systems, driving continuous improvement and innovation. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to optimize our technology stack, minimize downtime, and enhance the overall user experience.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain multiple applications using Ruby and TypeScript
- Analyse current systems to find areas of improvement for security, reliability and performance
- Collaborate with product and architecture teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Contribute to the technical strategy of engineering
- Ensure high-quality code by conducting testing and code reviews, both for yourself and your colleagues.
- Share your knowledge and mentor Junior Developers within your squad.
- Collaborate with highly respected Software Development Engineers in a high performing and supportive environment.
- Demonstrate your passion for working on highly complex and technically challenging development projects.
- Enhance features for our award-winning HR tech platform.
