At launch, our mission through Juniper is to empower all Japanese women to take control of their weight journey. For us, this means a medical approach to weight loss that doesn’t judge, doesn’t discriminate, and really works! To build trust and establish our brand in Japan, we're seeking an experienced Content Marketer & Lifecycle Marketer, who will focus on creating high-quality content that resonates with our audience, thereby establishing our brand authority and credibility. This role will crucial in shaping and disseminating our brand's narrative. Through SEO and customer engagement, we aim to capture a growing organic user base.
🛠️ About the role (What you’ll be doing)
- Creative Oversight: Take charge as the primary reviewer of all creative outputs, including meticulously crafted articles and impactful paid advertising campaigns.
- Customer Engagement: Engage directly with customers to harvest valuable insights. These insights will then be transformed into compelling content and creative strategies that resonate with our audience.
- Brand Voice Consistency: Craft and uphold a consistent and distinctive brand voice across various channels, including our mobile application, ensuring a cohesive brand experience.
- CRM and Customer Communication: Manage and optimize our CRM communications, including crafting engaging email campaigns and push notifications, to deepen relationships with our existing customer base.
- Content Strategy Execution: Conceive and implement a dynamic content calendar that is tightly aligned with our SEO strategy, driving both engagement and visibility.

We are seeking a creative and strategic thinker who meets the following qualities:
- Experience in Content Marketing: You bring a rich background in content marketing, with a proven track record of enhancing brand trust and engagement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Your ability to work seamlessly across different teams is paramount. You should be adept at aligning marketing strategies with broader business objectives, and be fluent in both English and Japanese to cater to a diverse audience.
- Exceptional Copywriting Skills: Your strong copywriting skills are rooted in storytelling and persuasive brand messaging, enabling you to connect deeply with our audience.
- Lifecycle Marketing experience: You are highly skilled in using CRM tools, leveraging these technologies to drive customer engagement and retention.
