About the role (What you'll be doing)

Honestly, the role of a Leadership Support Specialist is limitless…

There isn’t a ‘one description fits all’ as the role is wonderfully varied based on our executive’s needs. In addition to the below day-to-day requirements, you'll take an active role in shaping the lives of the leaders you support by organizing dinner parties, and their meal/nutrition, forging new friendships and business relationships of your own, developing new skills like web design, and producing podcasts or blog posts - to just name a few things you can look forward to.

Day-to-day requirements

  • Optimize your stakeholder’s time and priorities to help them reach their aspirational goals
  • Take ownership and manage inboxes, calendars, scheduling, travel arrangements, and other company logistics
  • Research and develop plans for your stakeholder’s personal and professional growth
  • Surprise and delight your stakeholder by demonstrating initiative
  • Build rapport with your stakeholder’s network and team and help to manage these important relationships
  • Drive internal and external communications, presentations, reports, and social media

About you (Who are we looking for)

Skills & Experience

  • You have at least three (3) years of full-time executive support work experience, with the exception of any purely freelance engagements lacking a set work schedule.
  • Preferably, you have experience with online/remote/virtual work, however not essential.
  • Tech-savvy: You have a working knowledge of Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Forms, Slides), Slack, Notion, and other productivity and project management tools/apps. You are comfortable with various commonplace technologies and are able to adapt to new systems quickly.
  • Strong communicator: You have excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written. You are an attentive listener and are able to interact with stakeholders in a concise and effective manner.

  • You are willing to work full-time (40 hours/week) in a hybrid set up during either APAC or EU business hours
    • APAC Business Hours: 7:00AM - 4:00PM Manila Time
    • EU Business Hours: 1:00PM - 10:00PM Manila Time
  • You are located near or within Metro Manila, Philippines
  • You have a suitable work-from-home space (work desk, comfortable chair, proper lighting, quiet environment)
  • You have stable internet connection at home: 30 Mbps minimum
