Eucalyptus
About Euc
We’re making good health last a lifetime
More than 1 billion people globally live with obesity, a significant leading indicator of many preventable chronic diseases such as diabetes and heart disease.
Eucalyptus is the company behind Juniper, one of the world’s largest weight management programs combining GLP-1 medication with a tailored nutrition and exercise programme, supported by our multidisciplinary care team of prescribers, health coaches, dietitians, nurses and pharmacists.
Our published clinical research demonstrates that our combined approach to weight management and lifestyle change increases the likelihood of our patients losing significant weight during their treatment with Juniper by four times.
Since launching, we’ve grown fast to support millions of patients. In the last 12 months:
- We grew the size of our patient base by 10x in the UK, received selective NICE endorsement for our holistic approach to obesity management, and grew our team from 50 to 200.
- Globally, we grew revenue by >120% YoY, while reducing cash burned by 90% YoY, with over $100M USD raised from global investors such as BOND, NewView, Blackbird and Airtree - early backers of companies like Canva, Stripe, Uber and Airbnb.
What’s next?
In 2025, we are charting the path to support hundreds of thousands of patients while launching into new conditions, demographics, and geographies as we move towards our vision of creating a preventive healthcare ecosystem.
We’re building the world’s largest international digital healthcare company. This will be highly challenging, very rewarding and the adventure of a lifetime, working with the best operators you will ever encounter.
If that gets you excited, let’s talk!
About the role (What you’ll be doing)
We’re looking for a world-class Head of Creative Production to lead the engine that powers Juniper’s creative output.
You’ll oversee the end-to-end execution of creative across every channel — from TV and TikTok to Meta, YouTube, and out-of-home — ensuring every asset that leaves our studio is high-quality, high-impact, and built to perform.
This role sits at the intersection of creativity, systems, and scale. You’ll design the workflows, processes, and tools that enable the team to move fast without compromising quality — and lead a growing team of producers, designers, editors, and creators to bring bold ideas to life.
If you know how to turn creative ambition into operational excellence — and believe that the how is just as important as the what — this is the role for you.
You Will:
Build & Scale the Creative Production Engine
- Design and implement scalable systems, workflows, and tools that enable high-volume, high-quality creative output.
- Identify and remove operational inefficiencies — building a production ecosystem that runs predictably, efficiently, and creatively.
- Partner closely with the creative strategy team to translate campaign ambition into production reality.
- Introduce best-in-class project management, asset management, and QA tools to support a growing multi-channel pipeline.
Deliver Impactful Creative
- Oversee the production and delivery of assets across all paid, owned, and earned channels — including TV, Meta, YouTube, TikTok, podcasts, and emerging formats.
- Translate strategic briefs into actionable production plans, ensuring creative is platform-optimised and performance-informed.
- Lead day-to-day creative operations — managing timelines, capacity, and workflow across multiple workstreams.
- Own final QA across all deliverables, ensuring assets meet brand, creative, and regulatory standards.
- Proactively troubleshoot production risks and unblock teams to maintain delivery speed and creative integrity.
- Feed ground-level insights from the studio back into creative strategy — helping shape stronger ideas through executional understanding.
Build & Lead a World-Class Team
- Manage and mentor Studio Leads, ensuring clarity, alignment, and continued development.
- Lead hiring, onboarding, and growth of executional creative talent — across design, editing, motion, and production disciplines.
- Build a trusted network of freelancers, agencies, and external partners to flex capacity as needed.
- Shape a high-performing, collaborative, and insight-led creative culture grounded in craft, clarity, and impact.
About You (Who We’re Looking For)
Requirements
- 7+ years experience in creative production, post-production, or studio leadership, ideally in high-growth D2C, tech, or agency environments.
- Proven success designing scalable creative operations for multi-channel campaigns (TV, social, digital, and content).
- Deep understanding of creative workflows, project management systems, and cross-functional production processes.
- Experience overseeing large-scale shoots and post-production across a variety of formats and markets.
- Sharp creative judgment and meticulous attention to detail — able to uphold both creative integrity and operational discipline.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills; comfortable collaborating with creative, growth, and brand teams to deliver unified outcomes.
- Strong understanding of performance-led creative, and how to bridge storytelling with measurable impact.
- Demonstrated ability to build and inspire high-performing creative teams.
Nice to Have
- Experience in healthcare, wellness, or other regulated industries, with comfort navigating compliance and claims review.
- Familiarity with localisation workflows and creative production at global scale.
- Hands-on experience with creative tooling (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, Monday, Frame.io, Notion, Figma).
So, why join Eucalyptus?
