About the Role
We are looking for a CRO Manager to own and elevate the experience that transforms how Australians take control of their health.
Starting treatment isn’t a simple transaction - it’s a meaningful decision shaped by emotion, trust and clarity. As CRO Manager, you’ll design and optimise a high-performing, emotionally intelligent conversion journey across Juniper AU, reshaping how patients experience care from their very first interaction. You’ll uncover what builds trust, what creates hesitation, and turn those insights into journeys that feel clear, supportive and action-oriented.
You’ll sit within the Product Growth team, working alongside Growth Marketing Managers, Designers and Copywriters to improve how patients discover, understand and start care. You’ll own Juniper AU’s CRO strategy and execution.
Key Responsibilities
-
Own Juniper AU’s CRO strategy: Define and execute the roadmap across landing pages, quiz flows, onboarding and key conversion touchpoints - driving measurable improvements in conversion and patient outcomes.
-
Drive high-impact experimentation
Build and run a disciplined testing program (A/B, UX, copy, offer, pricing) focused on the highest-leverage opportunities.
-
Deeply understand patient behaviour
Analyse data, review session recordings, speak to patients and patient facing teams, and identify friction, hesitation and drop-off drivers - then translate insight into action.
-
Build high-converting digital journeys
Partner closely with Growth, Design and Engineering to deliver intuitive, emotionally intelligent, and clinically aligned experiences that build trust and clarity.
-
Own performance and reporting
Be accountable for conversion metrics across the funnel. Diagnose performance shifts quickly and communicate clear, actionable insights.
-
Elevate CRO standards and capability
Establish strong experimentation frameworks, prioritisation logic, and documentation. Raise the bar for pace, quality, and commercial impact across the team.
About You
You likely bring 3–6+ years of experience across CRO, product growth, experimentation or performance-focused product roles in high-growth digital environments.
Strong candidates will demonstrate:
- Experience owning and improving conversion metrics across digital funnels
- A sharp instinct for UX, copy and behavioural psychology - you understand how people make decisions, not just how funnels work
- Strong analytical capability - comfortable interpreting data, forming hypotheses and prioritising high-leverage opportunities
- A structured approach to experimentation, including clear hypothesis setting, test design and post-test analysis
- Confidence working cross-functionally with Growth, Design, Copy and Engineering to ship high-quality experiments at pace
- Clear, concise communication - able to translate data and insight into compelling recommendations
You combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You’re curious, commercially aware, and motivated by building digital experiences that help people make confident healthcare decisions.
