Performance Video Editor (Meta Ads)
Manila, Philippines
We're the world's leading consumer healthcare platform, supporting millions of patients across the US, Australia, the UK, Germany, Japan, Spain and Canada.
We're driven by the belief that good health should last a lifetime, and that to get there we need to deliver the personalised, high quality and empathetic care that the traditional system cannot support.
You'll partner with our care teams of prescribers, nurses, health coaches, pharmacists and dietitians to support patients across preventative health, weight management and specific women's and men's health conditions.
We joined Hims & Hers so that you can do all of the above on a bigger scale, with more ambition, a stronger global brand and the resources to deliver care to patients in dozens of countries.
We're looking for people who appreciate and are excited by the enormity and uniqueness of this challenge, and want to work in the most ambitious, smart, fast moving and positive sum environment of their lives to transform how healthcare is delivered globally.
We hope that's you.
About the role (What you'll be doing)
We’re looking for a Performance Video Editor to lead Juniper AU’s post-production team in Manila.
This is a hands-on role focused primarily on Meta performance creative. You’ll edit high-volume content yourself, create new variations from existing footage, and help the team produce stronger work at speed. You’ll also be a senior presence on the ground in Manila, giving feedback, improving workflows, and helping bring more direction and consistency to the editing team.
You’ll work closely with producers, creatives, and performance marketers to turn briefs into content that is sharp, platform-aware, and commercially effective.
Your core responsibilities:
- Edit and oversee high-volume performance content, with a strong focus on Meta-first creative
- Create and iterate on short-form ads, UGC, cutdowns, hooks, and new variations designed to improve performance
- Lead and support the Manila-based post-production team, helping lift quality, speed, and consistency across output
- Give clear, creative feedback to editors and help guide the team toward stronger performance-focused execution
- Work closely with producers, creatives, and performance marketers to turn briefs into sharp content, platform-aware, and results-driven
- Bring a strong understanding of hooks, pacing, and retention, and apply that to creative testing and iteration
- Help the team adopt smarter, more efficient ways of working, including new tools and workflows where useful
- Act as a senior on-the-ground presence for the Manila team, helping create clarity, direction, and day-to-day support
- Contribute to content development and brainstorms, with the opportunity to help shape how stories are told across platforms
- Maintain strong post-production standards across file organisation, versioning, feedback rounds, and delivery
About you (Who you are):
- 3-5 years editing at pace, in-house, agency, or freelance, with a reel that shows range, output, and a clear feel for performance-driven content.
- Performance-literate. You understand hooks, pacing, retention, and iteration, and you care as much about whether the work performs as whether it looks polished.
- Platform-aware. You know how content should behave across paid social, especially Meta, and can adapt creative for different formats, channels, and audiences.
- Commercially minded. You understand that creatives need to do a job, and you’re comfortable working closely with performance marketers to make the work better.
- Curious about better ways of working. You’re open to new tools, including AI-enabled workflows, and you look for practical ways to make the team faster and more effective.
- Fast, organised, and dependable. You can operate in a high-output environment, keep work moving, and bring structure to a busy team.
- Comfortable with iteration. You don’t need perfect conditions to do strong work, and you’re happy testing, refining, and improving until the creative lands.
Nice to have
- Motion graphics or animation skills
- Experience editing for YouTube, organic social, or broader brand campaigns
- Formal people management experience
- Experience working in health, wellness, or another sensitive consumer category
