About the Opportunity

We are excited to announce an internal opportunity for the position of Relationship Manager. This role is crucial in enhancing our engagement with Flippa Buyers, ensuring they receive exceptional service and become valued members of the Flippa community, measured by closed deal volume. We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to drive success for both our subscribers and Flippa.

As the Relationship Manager at Flippa, you will be responsible for:

  • Subscriber Onboarding: Welcome and onboard all Flippa Premium Subscribers, ensuring a smooth and engaging start to their journey with us. Expected to make at least 20 calls daily to connect with subscribers.
  • Product Demonstrations: Conduct regular product demos tailored to the needs of Premium subscribers, helping them understand and utilize our platform effectively.
  • Profile Setup: Assist subscribers in setting up and optimizing their profiles on Flippa, ensuring a high-quality presence.
  • Saved Search Configuration: Create and configure at least one saved search for each subscriber, helping them find the most relevant and beneficial opportunities.
  • Point of Contact: Serve as the main point of contact for all queries, issues, and feedback from Premium subscribers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Feedback Loop: Collaborate closely with Flippa's Product and Marketing teams, providing valuable insights and feedback from subscribers to help enhance our offerings.

You will be measured on -

  • Minimum KPI of 20 daily calls
  • Detailed profile setup for 100% of Flippa Premium members
  • Minimum 1x Saved Search setup per client aligned to their preferences
  • Minimum CSAT score of 4.5
  • Consistent and regular same business day follow up with Premium members

What you bring to the table:

  • Proven experience in customer service, sales, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Familiarity with Flippa's platform and services.
  • A passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences
