Hometime is the largest and fastest-growing management platform for short-term rental operators in the APAC region. Globally, there are over 100,000 small-scale professional managers; however, they typically lack any infrastructure to scale. We partner with and empower these local operators with best-in-class tools, technology, as well as dedicated support teams to help them accelerate their growth and increase revenues, whilst improving service delivery. Our unique business model means that we've been able to successfully scale our offering across 17 markets and counting, all whilst delivering substantial value across our three key stakeholders, namely: the thousands of homeowners whose properties we've managed, allowing them to earn greater rental yields on their property, plus have increased flexibility; the hundreds of thousands of diverse guests (in the last three years alone, we've hosted over 200,000 guests) that have benefited from a consistent and ultra-local, home meets hotel guest experience (our overall guest review score ranks amongst the top percentage of Pro-hosts globally according to AIRBNB); and our partner network, who've been able to successfully grow their businesses whilst upholding exceptional quality standards, and do so sustainably and efficiently, with around-the-clock support, all whilst being part of a community of like-minded entrepreneurs.
