Summary Description: Consults with hiring managers to understand roles to be filled and profiles of ideal candidates. Reviews and assesses applicants education, experience, training, and other qualifications. Verifies employment eligibility, gathers necessary paperwork, and performs interviews, reference and background checks. Schedules Hiring Manager interviews and coordinates interviewers or panels. Tests and scores applicants and gathers feedback from other interviewers. Informs candidates of job duties, responsibilities, work schedules, compensation and benefits packages, and career advancement opportunities. Prepares and extends job offers. Notifies applicants of rejection.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end recruitment operations, ensuring the attraction and recruitment of quality people for InDebted including taking a job brief, writing and posting job ads, screening, identifying candidates for talent pools, interviewing, creation of detailed candidate profiles and briefs, shortlisting candidates and facilitating candidate and hiring manager feedback/regret/offer process
  • Management of Recruitment using our InDebted Application tracking System (Lever)
  • Monitor recruitment activities and performance measures such as direct hire rates, reduced ‘first year turnover’ rates, customer satisfaction levels, and managing external providers.
  • Support the delivery of monthly and quarterly KPI reporting of recruitment statistics
  • Support the creation and maintenance of a ‘pool’ of passive job seekers who will act as the start of market unit’s talent pipeline
  • Ensure compliance of all recruitment activity with EEO, employment law and relevant privacy legislation, which will involve the provision of relevant recruiting advice to all stakeholders involved in the process
  • Help to develop key tools such as interview and assessment guides and ensure they are effectively implemented and embedded into both internal and external recruitment activity
  • Other duties as assigned.

Experience and Skills:

  • Willingness to learn about working within an internal resourcing function
  • Customer centric with experience with online candidate or customer messaging
  • Experience in managing multiple assignments, across a range of disciplines and levels
  • Proven IT conceptual ability – able to use applicant tracking systems to support the recruitment process and identify, refine and automate processes via technology wherever possible
  • Demonstrable capability to effective manage a high quality candidate experience
  • Proven commercial focus and ability to understand the impact of recruitment issues on the InDebted business

Nice to Have:

  • Demonstrable knowledge and understanding of the end to end recruitment process
  • Demonstrable knowledge and understanding of competency based interview processes
  • Demonstrable knowledge and understanding of relevant employment, diversity & inclusion and privacy legislation
  • Experience gained within a SaaS Product business or FinTech organization
  • Experience gained recruiting solution sales specialist roles
  • Tertiary qualification within the HR or related disciplines
