The Opportunity
To keep up with the continued growth of LegalVision in New Zealand, we have created a new role for a talented and driven 5-6 PQE dispute resolution lawyer to join the team on a full-time, permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced, autonomous and versatile lawyer looking to apply their dispute resolution knowledge and skill set in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. Our practice focuses on a broad mix of litigious and pre-litigation advisory matters, so if you like variety, lots of client contact, and taking ownership of your work, this may be the ideal position for you.
Given the nature of the work and the current mix of the team, demonstrated hands-on experience in commercial, corporate and employment law matters, including previous exposure to, and experience in, all aspects of disputes from initial advice and strategy to final resolution by negotiation, mediation, arbitration and trial is essential.

- Experienced: At least 5 years of quality experience at a recognised mid or top tier firm specialising in commercial dispute resolution. We would also welcome applications from candidates with experience as a barrister in Chambers.
