LegalVision is an industry-leading tech-driven law firm experiencing rapid growth. We are expanding our Growth team and have created a new role in order expand our client base this financial year. We are hiring a Client Engagement Representative who will be exclusively focused on targeting our existing database of potential clients, aiming to nurture them and book them in for meetings with our business development managers. Our team is dynamic, ambitious, and driven, and we want you to help us take it to the next level.

The Opportunity
As a client-facing Client Engagement Representative, your primary responsibility will be to re-engage with potential clients through various channels, including email, SMS and phone. You will be contacting potential clients that have been engaging with LegalVision through attending webinars, downloading resources or have previously contacted LegalVision for support. Your main objective will be to contact the potential client, understand their business goals and legal needs and present a compelling case for them to meet with us again, ultimately booking them for a discovery meeting with our Business Development team. Your dedication to providing exceptional client service will ensure every client touchpoint is remarkable.

This role is ideal for a casual who is seeking 3 days a week of regular work and would suit a student interested in law or business. For high performers, mentoring and development into a graduate role in law or sales are available.

You will be provided with clear targets and a competitive compensation package consisting of a base salary plus commission. Previous experience in similar roles is desirable but not required, as you will receive comprehensive formal and on-the-job training in both sales techniques and Australian commercial law, enabling you to accurately qualify and identify clients' legal needs.
