LegalVision is an industry-leading tech-driven law firm experiencing rapid growth. We are expanding our sales team and have created a new role in order to ramp up our sales this financial year. We are hiring a Sales Development Representative who will be exclusively focused on targeting our existing database of leads, aiming to nurture them and book them in for meetings with our business development managers (BDMs) to close. Our team is dynamic, ambitious, and driven, and we want you to help us take it to the next level.

The Opportunity

As a client-facing Sales Development Representative, your primary responsibility will be to re-engage with leads and prospects through various channels, including email, SMS and phone. You will be contacting warm leads that have been engaging with LegalVision through attending webinars, downloading resources or have previously contacted LegalVision for support. Your main objective will be to qualify and prioritise potential clients, contact the lead and present a compelling case for them to meet with us again, ultimately booking them for a discovery meeting with our BDMs. Your dedication to providing exceptional client service will ensure every client touchpoint is remarkable.

This role is ideal for an early-career sales professional seeking experience in a fast-paced startup environment. For high performers, mentoring and advancement opportunities into a Business Development Management position are available. You will be provided with clear targets and a competitive compensation package consisting of a base salary plus commission.

Previous experience in similar roles is desirable but not required, as you will receive comprehensive formal and on-the-job training in both sales techniques and UK commercial law, enabling you to accurately qualify and identify clients' legal needs.
