The Opportunity

As a Business Development Representative (BDR) in our SME outbound team, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective clients and play a critical role in building LegalVision’s outbound sales engine.

You’ll focus on sourcing, engaging, and qualifying new leads, primarily targeting high-growth SMEs across Australia. This is a hands-on, outbound role, ideal for someone who is confident on the phone, curious about businesses, and hungry to build a pipeline that converts.

The BDR role is a launchpad for sales talent looking to build a long-term career in commercial sales and fast-track into an Account Executive role.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Prospect into our Ideal Client Profile using LinkedIn, CRM filters, and lead lists
  • Conduct cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, and outbound emails to start conversations
  • Run qualification calls to uncover key pain points, timelines, and buying signals
  • Book high-quality meetings for our SME Account Executives
  • Manage and maintain accurate activity records in Habitat
  • Work closely with the outbound AE team to optimise targeting and outreach
  • Contribute to refining messaging, sequences, and lead sourcing strategies
  • Hit daily and weekly activity targets across calls, emails, and meetings booked
