The Opportunity
Are you a detail-driven, reliable operator who loves keeping things running seamlessly behind the scenes?
We’re looking for a Growth Team Operations Assistant to join our fast-paced Growth team in Surry Hills, Sydney. This newly created role is ideal for someone who takes pride in organisation, precision, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring the team operates efficiently day-to-day, from managing partner referral processes to supporting team scheduling and social events. The role is based in our Sydney HQ, with hybrid working optional.
Key Responsibilities
Referral Operations & Reporting
- Use our referrals playbook to give LegalVision members helpful referrals to our vetted list of partners
- Work with Finance to manage monthly commission calculations and payments to relevant partners
CRM & Data Management
- Keep our CRM clean, accurate, and up-to-date.
- Input and maintain target lists and perform duplicate checks to maintain data integrity.
Scheduling & Team Coordination
- Manage recurring meetings, team calendars, and one-off scheduling needs.
- Support onboarding for new team members - making their first days seamless and productive.
Event & Social Coordination
- Assist in organising venues and logistics for mid-market and SME events as our outbound sales activity grows.
- Coordinate team socials and celebrations to keep morale high and the team connected.
General Operations Support
- Jump in wherever needed to help the Growth team operate smoothly and effectively.
The Ideal Candidate
- While previous work experience in sales or the legal industry is not required, demonstrated experience in an administrative or team coordination role will be highly valued.
- You are a self-starter and an organised go-getter who executes tasks and drives results while keeping an eye on the bigger picture
- You are commercially minded and focused
- You are a strong communicator and can quickly build rapport with new and existing team members
- You enjoy working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and thrive under pressure
