This includes
both
the building of content, the strategising and planning of pathways, and participation on longer-term roadmap towards learning & certification excellence.The dominant focus and the end-goal of the role is always that
our customers can succeed and wherever possible the end-users can be directly empowered.A day in the life
Work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs),
Product Leads and Product Designers/Researchers to understand the product and the sectors we serve and the personas within those sectors.You will draw upon continually produced “raw material” (support articles and release notes) built by product teams as they release - as a starting point for your understanding and subsequent work.Enabling customers/users with learning
materials that are both specific to a need and formed into wider learning journeys and later certification paths.Own the product learning resources and experiences (e.g. online learning resources such as Lumary videos, practical exercises and live sessions with consultants)Support the teams by guiding and steering the roadmap of pragmatic rapid build-out of initial product learning content and pathways
