The Finance Business Partner has ownership of business case development and facilitate robust business decision making processes to ensure optimal allocation of resources and return on capital.A day in the life:


Collaborate with stakeholders and translate financial data into actionable insightsPrepare and present financial reports to Leadership, highlighting key insights and areas for improvementPreparation of Monthly Business Review for all business units including P&Ls, headcount reporting and capex across the business.Monthly Cashflow & Net working capital reportingPreparation of Board Reporting and Operational Leverage Review including analysis and financial commentaryBudgeting and Forecasting – annual budget, half year reforecast, quarterly rolling 12-month forecasts, run-rate analysisMentoring the finance function of the business and enable personal / professional growth.Work as a trusted advisor, offering financial expertise and guidance on business decisions.Monitor financial performance against Company wide Key results.Identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and make recommendations for corrective action.Continuously review and improve financial processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Implement best practices and tools to streamline financial reporting and analysis.About you:

At least 5 years experience working in a similar role partnering with multiple stakeholders across the business to continuously support decision makingCA/ CPA qualification is mandatoryStrong financial modelling skills with ability to leverage technology to improve robustness of financial models and improve user experienceStrong accounting and commercial business skills with thorough understanding of the annual planning and re-forecasting cycleExperience using Salesforce, Xero to support the finance function.You have experience building budgets and rebuilding existing financial modelsYou Are Willing To
