About the Role
As a Payroll and Awards Implementation Consultant / Payroll and Awards Specialist, you will implement and configure the Lumary payroll and awards product for customers during their Lumary implementations. You will also act as an internal Payroll and Awards subject matter expert to support customer success, new business development and product development.
- Lead the requirements analysis, configuration and testing of Payroll and Awards components of customer implementations in conjunction with consulting, engineering, product and project management teams.
- Lead customer-facing engagements discussing Lumary Payroll and Awards capabilities. Including the facilitation of requirements analysis, gap analysis and system training.
- Develop a channel to share feedback and positively contribute to and influence the WFM roadmap along with product teams.
- Provide general expertise in Payroll and Awards processes and best practices.
- Oversee Payroll and Awards implementations in accordance with methodologies that provide quality and deliver on business outcomes.
- Ensure payroll and awards tools, templates and processes are developed, maintained and continually improved.
- Where required as product scope evolves, develop new templates and processes to support implementations.
- Working closely with customers to facilitate required information discovery for payroll implementations.
About You
- 2+ years experience in roles directly configuring and/or building Payroll and Awards systems or providing system administration oversight.
- Strong understanding of Payroll and Awards requirements, processes, pain points, and legislative and industry contexts.
- Some experience in a consulting or external stakeholder management is a must.
- Exposure across Agile, Waterfall and Adaptive delivery models and mindsets including knowledge of different program management frameworks/principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Experience with customer training is a plus.
- Experience working within the Healthcare industry is a plus.
- Experience with Salesforce or other HRS systems is a plus.
