About the Role

As we continue to grow, we’re excited to expand our Services Productisation team and bring on Senior Salesforce Consultants! In this role, you'll take the lead on implementation projects for our new clients, acting as a trusted advisor to guide and support our consulting team. Together, you'll collaborate to ensure smooth, impactful implementations of the Lumary product, making a lasting difference for our clients.

  • Facilitate and lead client workshops to understand business objectives, processes, and challenges, and provide expert recommendations to optimise the Lumary implementation
  • Lead the design and architecture of complex solutions that meet client needs, ensuring scalability
  • Carry out high-complexity configuration
  • Support Consultants with guidance on their solution documentation, design, and configuration
  • Document requirements for configuration that can be carried out by either themselves or other Consultants
  • Document requirements and solution design for items that will be built by Developers
  • Where required, integrate Salesforce/Lumary with other third-party applications, systems, and data sources to streamline processes and data flow
  • Perform comprehensive testing, quality assurance, and validation to ensure the stability and accuracy of custom solutions within the Lumary platform
  • Run Super User training sessions for clients, ensuring they can effectively use Lumary to achieve their goals
  • Provide guidance to consultants and clients during the UAT (User Acceptance Testing) process
  • Ensure data quality and integrity by implementing data governance best practices and overseeing data migration, cleansing, and maintenance, whilst also providing support to other team members
  • Provide support and guidance to consultants and clients during Hypercare
  • Collaborate with other senior team members (Senior Consultants, Team Leads, and Solution Architects) to promote cross-pollination of ideas, standards, and training across the broader department
  • As needed, demonstrate the Lumary product stack to clients

About You

  • At least 5 years of experience working with Salesforce, including 2+ years in a Senior Consulting role
  • Proven track record of successful Salesforce implementation projects with a diverse client base
  • Proficient in Salesforce configurations, Salesforce security principles, SOQL and deployment of metadata
  • Experience in client facing consulting roles
  • Salesforce Admin Certification and Salesforce Platform App Builder Certification (or a demonstrated, appropriate level of knowledge)
  • In-depth knowledge and experience with Salesforce (mid to Senior level)
  • Ability to lead complex discovery workshops and train Super Users
