About The Role
As a hands on Technical BA Team Lead based in Adelaide / Sydney, you will lead the technical business analysts function supporting with the development of the skills, abilities and impact of the BAs, continually evolving method, approach and process to increase the effectiveness of the BAs.

About The Role
As a hands on Technical BA Team Lead based in Adelaide / Sydney, you will lead the technical business analysts function supporting with the development of the skills, abilities and impact of the BAs, continually evolving method, approach and process to increase the effectiveness of the BAs.
- Lead the BA team in their regular “how we work” sessions to goal ongoing transformation programs that benefit the whole product area
- You will collaborate with product managers, the VP of engineering, QA leaders as well as with the BAs to ensure the BA function continues to refine its process and ways of working to maximise effectiveness
- Work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Product Leads and UX Researchers to assure that you deeply understand Lumary customers and industry trends, customer pain points and opportunities. Represent the customer and the business by helping to define business and industry need
- Interact with cross-functional departments/teams, e.g., other product-based teams and on occasion Sales, Brand, Marketing, etc
- Work with a variety of stakeholders to gather product requirements, analyse them and break them down into User Stories
- Work closely with a development team to help them understand the requirements and make sure the product meets the business needs
- Ensure that your development team is operating smoothly and efficiently
- Estimate User Stories before the beginning of every sprint, and a well-planned and prioritised sprint
- Assist the development and product teams with improving their processes, facilitation of decision making discussions and conflict resolution
- Minimum of 1 year in leadership role (does not have to be leading BAs though that is ideal)
- Minimum of 5 year experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise environment (desirable)
- Experience with end-to-end projects and implementation lifecycle and an ability to facilitate and influence outcomes with technical teams to meet the business need without authority
- Demonstrated leadership ability in goal-setting, line management and coaching
- Demonstrating proven analytical and problem solving skills coupled with a 'can do’ attitude
- Extensively skilled in the Salesforce platform, both it's architecture and functionality; with salesforce configuration / administration experience a plus
- Demonstrated ability to produce highly detailed, comprehensive documentation artefacts (current and future state)
- Getting to the root of the problem with customers and taking the customer on a journey as you do so. Not merely capturing requirements but understanding and solving the deeper need
- Strong understanding of Business Analysis tools and management tools
