About Lumary

Lumary is a high-growth global healthtech company on a mission to revolutionise technology for the healthcare industry. We do this by developing solutions that support and empower service providers, working together to ensure better outcomes for people that need care. This commitment to partnership has been a key part of our success so far, and we are driven to continue evolving our products and our people so we can impact the healthcare community to thrive on a global scale.

About ten years ago, Lumary’s founder and CEO was building custom Salesforce solutions for therapy practices in Australia focused on care for the elderly and disabled. As demand grew and he hired a team, Lumary was formed and created a dynamic set of products to help practices in this part of the healthcare space to scale.

After significant growth in Australia, Lumary launched into the US ABA space. Here, we primarily serve companies who provide help to children and adults with autism through ABA therapy, but also occupational, physical, and speech therapy among others. Lumary provides a full practice management solution to our clients.

Our clients in the ABA space are truly special. Many of them started from a single BCBA whose love and skill for her clients created demand that led her to starting a company. It’s typical for a single founder to grow over a short time to build a company of 50, 100, 500, up to thousands of staff, all dedicated to the mission of serving a community of clients with autism who nearly always are in need of high quality and accessible therapy.

About the Role

This is a Global Operations Analyst role with a primary focus on IT Operations support across the business, extending our IT coverage closer to follow-the-sun and keeping our shared Salesforce environment clean and well-documented. Based in Denver, you’ll also be the go-to person for practical office logistics on the days the team is in.

As an Operations Analyst, you will be the engine behind the day-to-day business-as-usual activities that keep our operations running smoothly, globally and locally. You will own the execution, the hands-on, manual steps that make each process actually happen. Direction, prioritization, and process oversight will come from your manager and from the functional leads you support; your job is to take the ball and run with it.

This is a role for someone who is naturally organized, comfortable context-switching between IT, HR, and systems work, and doesn’t need everything handed to them on a plate.

Reports to: Senior Director, Partnerships, Integrations & Ecosystems.

Works closely with: The Senior IT Manager in Adelaide on global IT priorities, and the US Director of Operations on identifying and delivering opportunities to improve the Salesforce platform in Australia. Day-to-day priorities are set collaboratively.

Accountabilities of the Role

Your responsibilities span global work. Within each area, you are the person executing the work and making it happen reliably. If you spot a gap, an inefficiency, or a better way of doing something, we want to hear it. Flagging improvements is part of the job.

    Global IT Operations and Onboarding

You will support IT operations globally, acting as the on-the-ground point of contact for the US office while working closely with our Senior IT Manager, based in Adelaide, to extend coverage across time zones.

  • Process and fulfill ad hoc access requests, provisioning and revoking system access for users globally, as directed.

  • Maintain the global asset register, tracking equipment allocation, updates, and returns across regions.

  • Coordinate process training for new systems or tools, running or scheduling sessions as needed for US and global users.

  • Assist the HR team with pre-onboarding activities, ensuring new starters have everything they need from day one.

  • Coordinate equipment allocation, device setup, and handover.

  • Set up accounts and assign system access in the relevant tools.

  • Meet with new team members on their first day as the Operations welcome point.

  • Salesforce & Systems Support (AU)

The Australian Salesforce environment is a genuine growth opportunity here: there’s real scope to bring process, documentation, and platform hygiene up to the standard we already run in the US.

You’ll have access to more mature Salesforce practices already running in the US and will draw on that experience as you bring Australian processes up to the same standard. This is hands-on, applied learning, not shadowing.

  • Support data entry, collection, and basic configuration.

  • Document process, field, and system changes.

  • Flag data quality issues for review.

  • Execute manual account management steps as directed.

  • Apply learnings from existing US practices to improve Australian processes.

  • Sales Operations (US)

You will support the Lead-to-Order cycle for the US business, with a focus on processing new orders accurately and on time. When a deal closes, you’re the person who makes sure everything that needs to happen actually happens.

  • Cross-check closed orders against what was quoted and agreed.

  • Order Lumary and partner licenses through the right channels.

  • Complete new customer setup tasks so accounts are ready to go from day one.

  • Finance and Billing Operations (US)

You will support the Order-to-Cash cycle, with a focus on Accounts Receivable.

  • Follow up with customers on overdue accounts as directed.

  • Support accounts receivable tracking and flag payment issues.

  • Assist with contract storage, ensuring documents are filed and accessible.

  • Help with ad hoc finance or CRM implementation tasks as they arise.

  • Match and reconcile corporate card transactions.

  • Light Office Support (Denver, hybrid)

Most of the ABA business works distributed, but how often Denver’s office fills up varies a lot week to week: some weeks that might mean being in every day, other weeks just a few. Genuine flexibility here matters more than a fixed schedule.

On the days people are in, you’re the face of the office for basic logistics: conference room setup, catering, and general admin requests. These are quick, occasional tasks, not a second job, and they don’t take meaningfully away from your time on the IT Operations and Salesforce work that’s the core of the role.

About You

We are not looking for someone who has done every one of these things before. We are looking for someone sharp, reliable, and willing to learn fast. If this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you:

  • You’re naturally organized and get a quiet satisfaction from ticking things off the list.

  • You’re comfortable working across a broad mix of tasks in a single day, including IT, HR, systems, and occasional office logistics, without losing your head.

  • You communicate clearly and proactively: if something’s blocked, you say so.

  • You’re comfortable working with cross-functional tools. We use Claude, Salesforce, Formstack, Jira, and others; you don’t need to know all of them on day one.

  • You’re happy to flex your schedule occasionally to overlap with our Australian team when needed, and you manage your own time well.

  • You’re comfortable being the go-to person for practical office logistics on the days the team is in, without it being the main part of the job.

  • You have 1–2+ years of experience in an operations, IT support, admin, coordinator, or similar role, even if it’s been fairly general.

  • Prior exposure to Salesforce or another CRM, and comfort with ticketing tools such as Jira or Zendesk, is a plus but not required.

Lumary’s Core Values

Skills can be taught, but values are lived. At Lumary, our core values aren't just words on a page, they guide every decision we make and every interaction we have. We look for team members who naturally resonate with these principles, not just a list of qualifications or experience. If these values speak to you, you’ll likely find that you thrive in our environment.

  • We ‘Lead with an open heart’ - meaning we cultivate trust even when there is no trust, assume good intentions and have the courage to be vulnerable.

  • We ‘Start with the end in mind’ - meaning we focus on the long-term impact of our actions, making decisions with purpose and sustainability in mind.

  • We ‘Take action in uncertainty’ - meaning we are proactive in taking the next best step in uncertainty and complexity, exercise autonomy and we learn by doing.

  • We ‘Enable others for our collective good’ - meaning we are kind and act in service of others. When we take care of ourselves and each other we take care of the community.

Benefits of Working at Lumary

  • Hands-on, applied learning across IT Operations, Salesforce, and business operations.

  • Flexibility to work from home and the office - hybrid working environment.

  • The opportunity to work closely with experienced colleagues across Australia and the US.

  • Monthly town halls ‘Lumary Lives’ for connection and company alignment.

  • Internationally growing company working towards a purposeful vision: Empowering sustainable healthcare.

  • Standard business hours apply, with flexibility to adjust your schedule around personal commitments, as long as you’re available for meetings and deliverables when the team needs you. You’ll also need to be available occasionally outside standard Denver business hours to collaborate with our IT, HR, and Finance teams based in Australia.

Anticipated application closing date: September 30, 2026.
