ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for an Account Manager to join our Growth team at me&u based in Brisbane. This role will see you out and about, travelling to venues, building strong relationships with partners, and helping them unlock growth with our platform. You’ll act as a trusted advisor - supporting venues with smooth onboarding, delivering strategies to boost performance, and ensuring they see ongoing value in me&u.
This is a role for someone who thrives on problem-solving, building partnerships, and making a real impact. Success means happy venues, engaged customers, and me&u becoming the preferred way to order and pay.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with venue partners, becoming their go-to advisor.
- Serve as the key point of contact for your portfolio, managing day-to-day needs and bigger-picture strategies.
- Drive account growth by identifying upsell opportunities and delivering commercial initiatives.
- Lead business reviews with venues, helping them understand performance and uncover expansion opportunities.
- Spot venues at risk of churn and work with them to re-engage and resolve blockers.
- Collaborate across internal teams such as Sales, Onboarding, Product, and Support to deliver the best possible customer experience.
- Provide proactive training, insights, and guidance to venue staff to maximise product adoption.
- Keep CRM and reporting up to date with activity, insights, and feedback.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Experience in account management, customer success or a similar client-facing role.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and consult.
- A commercial mindset with a knack for spotting growth and upsell opportunities.
- Ability to balance proactive initiatives with responsive problem-solving.
- Organised, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Hospitality or SaaS experience is a bonus (but not essential).
