ABOUT THE ROLE

For the right person, this role is a platform. Own the operational insight function at a scaling global business, build a genuine edge in AI-enabled analytics, and position yourself at the frontier of a discipline that's still being written.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
  • Compound with AI Tooling: Leverage AI tooling to multiply your output and contribute skills, hooks, subagents, and more to our team AI harness to multiply RevOps’ productivity.
  • Make Reporting AI-Native: Support self-service insights with clean semantic models, enriched field-level metadata, and skills.
  • Drive Strategic Value: Contribute to strategic initiatives including ML sales forecasting, ML churn prediction, and next best action insights.
  • Own the Reporting Suite: Take our Global GTM reporting suite from good to great through insightful dashboard design, actionable alerts, and effective enablement.
  • Own Month-End: Run the month-end reporting cycle end-to-end, working with BizOps, Finance, GTM, and the Data team.
  • Build with Rigour: Embed fail-safes and auditing into everything you build to ensure uncompromising accuracy in our key metrics.
  • Answer the Sharp Questions: Deliver ad-hoc analysis for GTM and senior leadership when fast, credible answers are needed.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
  • AI-native — AI is woven into your daily workflow and you're constantly pushing what's possible. If you're not building with AI today, this isn't the right fit.
  • Advanced SQL and advanced in at least one major BI tool.
  • Strong commercial literacy — you understand GTM and finance well enough to map metrics to business outcomes, not just report numbers.
  • Sharp communication — you can turn complex analysis into a clear "so what" for senior leaders, in writing and in the room.
  • High-throughput self-management — you triage and prioritise ad-hoc requests, and manage projects end-to-end, and communicate with stakeholders.

NICE TO HAVE
  • 4+ years of analytics experience with 1+ year at a startup/scale-up (100–500 people).
  • Experience with Omni (our BI tool), Snowflake and/or Salesforce.
  • ML and predictive analytics experience.
  • Hospitality tech and/or B2B SaaS exposure.
