About the role
Connect is me&u's marketing and CRM product, and this role is how we help it grow. You'll be the commercial and product expert who makes sure Connect is clearly understood, confidently positioned and consistently sold across our customer base and new markets. Sitting at the meeting point of Product, Go-To-Market, Customer Success and Partnerships, you'll build the enablement, plays and partnerships that turn Connect into a scalable growth engine - rather than a product that depends on any one person to sell or support. This is a Sydney or Melbourne-based role on our ANZ team, working across the business and directly with priority customers and partners.

What you'll do
- Be the internal expert on Connect - its functionality, ideal customers, best-fit use cases and commercial opportunities - and turn that knowledge into clear guidance for Sales, Account Management, Onboarding, Support and Partnerships.
- Build the enablement that helps GTM teams sell Connect with confidence: pitch decks, discovery questions, talk tracks, objection handling, demo guidance, case studies and competitor positioning.
- Support complex, high-value Connect opportunities alongside Sales, Account Management and Partnerships - joining customer conversations, shaping solutions and helping build the commercial case.
- Grow the existing Connect base through a scalable, segment-led approach - building repeatable plays for adoption, expansion and retention, and running programs like webinars, customer education and value reviews.
- Own the relationship and growth strategy for a select set of priority stand-alone Connect customers, with structured account plans focused on adoption, retention and expansion.
- Identify and develop reseller, referral and strategic partnerships that open new routes to market for Connect, and build the proposition and enablement that make those partnerships work.
- Create a structured feedback loop between customers, GTM and Product - turning market signals into clear, commercially-framed input that shapes the roadmap.
- Spot cross-sell pathways from Connect into other me&u products, and help customers grow into what's next.
What you'll need
- Around 5 years' experience in a commercial, customer growth, partnerships, product specialist or customer success role.
- Experience with marketing automation, CRM or customer data products.
- A track record of growing a portfolio of customers, ideally including multi-site groups.
- Exposure to both new business and existing-customer growth, rather than being purely acquisition-focused or purely service-focused.
- Confidence supporting complex commercial conversations, product demos, discovery sessions or solution design.
- Comfort building process, documentation and repeatable plays in a scaling environment, rather than inheriting a fully mature operating model.
Nice to have
- Experience working with partners, resellers, referral channels, POS providers, agencies or strategic ecosystem partners.
- Background in hospitality, retail or another multi-site industry.
- Familiarity with using AI tools to work faster and lift the quality of enablement, analysis and customer programs.
