Joining our global Growth Operations team means diving into the heart of customer processes and the utilization of the HubSpot platform to drive growth and improve the customer experience.

In this role, you will be managing, optimizing, and supporting the HubSpot platform to ensure it meets the operational needs of our marketing, sales, and customer success teams. You will focus on system configuration, process automation, data management, and integrations to drive business efficiency and improve CRM usage across the business.

Here’s how you’ll do that

  • Platform Administration Manage and configure HubSpot settings, user access, permissions, and workflows to ensure optimal use of the platform
  • Process Automation Design, build, and manage workflows, sequences, and automation within HubSpot to streamline marketing, sales, and operational processes
  • Data Quality Maintain data integrity by implementing data hygiene practices, deduplication efforts, and regular data audits to ensure accuracy and consistency in reporting
  • Integrations Manage and troubleshoot integrations between HubSpot and other third-party platforms ensuring smooth data flow
  • Reporting and Dashboards Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and custom views in HubSpot for stakeholders across marketing, sales, and customer success teams to track KPIs and performance metrics
  • User Support Provide training and support for HubSpot users, resolving issues, answering questions, and helping teams optimize their use of the CRM

This is what you’ll need to do it

  • 3-5 years of experience managing HubSpot
  • Expert in HubSpot administration, including workflow automation, data management, and integrations
  • Strong ability to create reports, dashboards, and data-driven insights to drive strategic decisions
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve platform and integration issues
  • Strong communication skills to train and support users across various teams
  • You have a growth mindset, with proven project management and prioritization skills
