THE ROLE & THE TEAM

We’re looking for a sharp, strategic, and hands-on Senior Content Manager to own our content program and executive event communications. In this role, you’ll lead the creation of clear, compelling content across formats and channels, while also crafting powerful narratives and talking points for keynotes, panels, and industry events. You’ll partner closely with executives, subject matter experts, and the marketing team to ensure every piece of content and every stage appearance supports our brand, point of view, and growth strategy

DAY TO DAY

  • Content Strategy & Creation
    • Lead the development and execution of our content calendar, including long-form articles, blogs, reports, and short-form copy
    • Write and edit high-impact content aligned to business priorities and audience needs
    • Own the relationship with our PR agency, ensuring that earned media communications aligns to the broader content strategy

  • Thought Leadership
    • Ghostwrite thought leadership articles and opinion pieces for executives and experts
    • Identify timely content opportunities that align with industry trends and strategic themes
    • Work cross-functionally to surface compelling stories, data, and insights that position us as a trusted voice in the market

  • Executive Comms & Events
    • Create keynote presentations, panel talking points, and event scripts for internal and external speaking engagements
    • Ensure messaging is aligned to audience, channel, and business objectives across all event appearances
    • Support delivery teams with clear, engaging content for webinars, customer forums, and partner events

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS

  • 6–8+ years’ experience in content, communications, or brand storytelling roles
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills across short- and long-form content
  • Strong strategic thinking, with the ability to turn complex topics into clear, compelling narratives
  • Experience developing thought leadership and supporting executive-level communications
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work at pace
  • Collaborative and confident working cross-functionally with stakeholders of all levels

Desired, but not essential

  • Experience in ecommerce, logistics, or B2B SaaS
  • A strong portfolio of long-form content and executive comms
  • Familiarity with content management tools and basic design software (e.g. Webflow, Canva, Figma)
