THE ROLE
We're looking for an experienced FP&A Analyst to join our Finance team on a contract basis. Reporting to the CFO, you'll be the engine room behind smart, fast decision-making — owning the models, forecasts and reporting that help leaders across the business understand what's driving performance and where the next opportunity sits. It's a hands-on role with real visibility, ideal for someone who loves turning numbers into a clear story and thrives in a high-growth environment.
DAY TO DAY
- Own and maintain the integrated three-statement corporate operating model
- Drive the monthly rolling forecast and keep the budget updated as the business moves
- Track and analyse actuals against budget and forecast, explaining the variances that matter
- Prepare and present month-end executive and Board reporting packs
- Monitor and analyse key SaaS metrics (ARR/MRR, churn, LTV, CAC, net retention)
- Partner with budget owners across the business to support planning and spend tracking
- Keep reporting accurate, timely and decision-ready
WHAT YOU BRING
- Demonstrated experience in an FP&A, commercial finance or analytical finance role
- Software/SaaS industry experience with subscription revenue models
- Advanced skills building, auditing and updating integrated three-statement models
- Hands-on track record tracking core SaaS metrics
- Confident preparing and presenting month-end and Board materials for a C-suite audience
- A proactive, standalone operator comfortable working at pace with minimal handover
- Relevant tertiary qualification
