You run marketing for Truescope Singapore, with experiential marketing at the centre of the job. You plan and deliver six events a year, from client roundtables and industry forums to partner showcases, and you turn each one into pipeline for the sales team. This is a hands on role. You design the collateral, brief the vendors, manage the run sheet and stand at the door on the day.

You are also the custodian of the Truescope brand in Singapore. You work to elevate and maintain its premium positioning in the local market, and you represent it well in every client, partner and industry setting you are in. You report directly to the Managing Director and take guidance from the Global VP of Marketing on global campaigns, brand standards and content that runs across markets.

What you own

● Events. Six events a year, from concept and budget through to execution, follow up and post event reporting.

● Pipeline. Meetings and opportunities generated from events and local campaigns, tracked with the sales team in the CRM.

● Brand. The premium positioning of Truescope Singapore in the local market. Every touchpoint, from event branding to social content, holds to that standard.

● Design. Collateral, event branding, social creatives, decks and one pagers, produced directly using design and AI tools rather than waiting on an agency.

● Global alignment. Localisation and execution of global campaigns in Singapore and Southeast Asia, aligned with the Global VP of Marketing.

● Content and community. Local social presence, client stories, event recaps and industry partnerships such as IPRS.

Must have

● B2B marketing experience. One to four years, with at least one full cycle of planning and running live events end to end.

● Design capability. Working proficiency in tools such as Canva, Figma or Adobe Creative Suite, plus AI design and content tools, with a portfolio of work you produced yourself.

● Brand judgement. You know what premium looks like and you protect it in the detail, from typography to venue choice to how a guest is greeted.

● Project discipline. Run sheets, vendor timelines and budgets stay tight without being chased.

● Presence. You are comfortable in front of clients and partners and represent the company well in the room.

Nice to have

● Experience in SaaS, media intelligence, martech, research or a communications agency.

● Exposure to HubSpot or similar marketing automation and CRM tools.

● Experience adapting global or regional campaigns for a local market.

● Video editing or motion graphics for event recaps and social content.

Success in the first twelve months

● Six events delivered on schedule and on budget, each with a clear pipeline outcome the sales team can point to.

● The Truescope brand is visibly stronger in the Singapore market, consistent across every touchpoint and aligned with global standards.
