The Opportunity
We’re looking for a creative, strategic and hands-on Senior Brand & Content Manager to lead our brand content strategy and bring AmazingCo’s story to life across social, digital and owned channels.
You’ll oversee brand storytelling, content production and creative execution. You’ll manage a small team, collaborate cross-functionally, and play a key role in growing awareness, engagement and community.
This is a pivotal part-time role with room to grow, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, purpose-led business and wants their work to make a real impact.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and execute our content strategy across social, blog, email
- Create compelling, on-brand content that connects with families, couples, teams and groups across multiple markets
- Manage three direct reports:
- A Brand Coordinator overseeing creators and ambassadors
- Social Media Assistant
- The in-house Design Studio while Creative Design Manager is on maternity leave
- Grow community engagement through storytelling, campaign execution, and ambassador content
- Use performance insights to refine content and scale what works
- Brief internal channel owners and studio, manage freelancers, and ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints
- Stay on top of platform and culture trends, from short-form video and AI tools to automated engagement platforms

About You
- 5+ years' experience in brand content marketing, ideally in a startup or scale-up
- Proven ability in crafting and executing a content strategy for a digital-first brand
- A strong sense of brand voice and storytelling, with hands-on content creation skills.
- Experienced in leading creative teams and managing content workflows across a range of formats from long-form written pieces to short-form video.
- Comfortable blending creative thinking with performance insights to inform direction
- Up to date with platform and content trends, from TikTok to SEO, AEO, and automated response platforms
- Proactive, curious and collaborative, looking to always learn and improve
- Familiarity with Canva and Adobe Creative Suite a bonus but not essential

The Details
- Location: Remote (Australia-based) or Melbourne HQ
Reporting to: Chief Marketing Officer - Salary: $130-$140K AUD + super (FTE), pro-rata to 3.5–4 days/week
- Hours: 25 - 30 hours per week (3.5 - 4 days/week)
- Progression: We’re open to growing this role to full-time and expanding its scope in 2026, based on performance and impact.
