And now, we’re looking for a Sales Superstar to join our Hosted Events team and help us create even more memories. Because what’s better than selling fun?

About the Role

  • Join our vibrant Hosted Events Sales team and help customers across Australia plan unforgettable experiences – from wine tours to birthday parties to corporate events.
  • Be at the heart of the action, connecting with people, delivering exceptional service, and hitting sales targets in a high-energy, fun environment.
  • Bring your friendly, motivated energy – previous sales experience is a bonus, but if you shine in customer-facing roles and build genuine rapport, we want to hear from you.
  • Quick learner? Driven? We’ll provide the training and support - you bring the enthusiasm and drive to succeed.

Core Responsibilities

  • Be the go-to guide for clients, helping them plan, book, and manage their events and celebrations.
  • Master our range of experiences and confidently recommend and sell tailored packages that wow our clients.
  • Take charge of inbound sales enquiries and build strong B2B relationships with potential and existing partners.
  • Deliver exceptional, personalised service while managing event administration tasks.
  • Collaborate with our internal teams to ensure every event is seemlessly executed, leaving clients delighted every time.


What We’re Looking For

  • Skilled at connecting with people and a strong communicator
  • Organised, proactive, and able to juggle multiple tasks
  • A can-do attitude, with a willingness to learn and grow
  • Passion for creating amazing customer experiences
  • Experience in sales, retail and customer service is highly valued
  • Would strongly suit candidates with relationship management experience

  • Consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Turning enquiries into bookings with excellent customer service
  • Keeping clients happy, informed, and excited about their events
  • Helping the team deliver events flawlessly through attention to detail
