What you'll actually be doing

This is an exciting job to learn and an incredibly rewarding one to be good at: arrive prepared, command the room, and guide teams through an unforgettable experience.

  • Travel to event locations across Perth to set up, introduce, and facilitate team building activities and social events.
  • Bring the energy and act as the main point of contact, ensuring every participant is engaged, laughing, and working together.
  • Manage the event flow, keeping track of timing, explaining rules clearly, and running mini-challenges or award presentations.
  • Think on your feet to solve minor event-day logistics and ensure everything runs smoothly from start to finish.
  • Manage your own schedule by accepting the event bookings that perfectly fit around your week.

You don't need experience – you need personality and a bit of initiative!

We provide comprehensive training to teach you our event formats, games, and hosting techniques. What we can't teach is natural charisma and a genuine desire to make moments special, so that's what we're after.

That might look like:

  • You're a uni student, actor, or performer looking for premium casual work that fits around your timetable or auditions.
  • You're a natural entertainer who is always the "life of the party" and loves public speaking or hosting crowds.
  • You've worked in hospitality, retail, or customer-facing roles and pride yourself on your stellar people skills.
  • You have a confident, vibrant personality and excel at motivating groups of people.
  • You want a fun, dynamic side hustle that doesn't feel like a standard 9-to-5 desk job.

What we're looking for

  • Confidence, high energy, and strong communication skills—essential for commanding a room.
  • A reliable car and current driver’s licence to transport yourself and compact event kits to venues.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to keep an event running right on time.
  • WWCC and RSA is beneficial, but not essential.
  • Flexibility during peak corporate seasons (mid-year and the end-of-year festive period) when event bookings soar.
