About the Role
We’re a fast-growing tech-driven company seeking a hands-on Finance Manager to drive core accounting and reporting processes, including month-end close and year end audits. You’ll play a key role in keeping our finance operations running smoothly — ensuring accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement as we scale across markets.
What You’ll Do
- Drive month-end and year-end close; prepare group management accounts and cashflow reporting.
- Manage intercompany transactions and support the operationalization of transfer pricing policies across the group.
- Coordinate multi-jurisdictional accounting relationships to ensure timely, consistent and accurate group reporting
- Manage external audits end-to-end, including consolidated FS preparation and audit liaison.
- Review payroll reconciliations, AP runs, and payment approvals (Airwallex, WISE, PayPal).
- Maintain CorpPass access and ensure tax filings, XBRL submissions, and compliance deadlines are met.
- Support finance system improvements, including future transition from Xero to future ERP and related automation initiatives.
- Provide financial insight and partner cross-functionally to support decision-making.
About You
- Chartered Accountant (CA/CPA) or equivalent.
- 5–8 years’ experience, ideally starting in Big 6 audit and now in-house at a high-growth company.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS/SFRS, consolidation, and audit processes.
- Exposure to Singapore tax compliance and corporate filings.
- Comfortable with Xero (and ready to migrate to ERP).
- Startup mindset: adaptable, resourceful, hands-on, and eager to improve processes
- Passionate about financial accounting and getting things right.
- Analytical and detail-driven, with a pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Thrives in a lean, fast-moving environment — “no task too small” attitude.
- Ambition to grow into Financial Controller role
