This is not a strategy job. You will run campaigns, own the funnel, and move numbers — yourself.

What You Own

You own the full acquisition and conversion funnel for one of our core product lines:

  • Paid and organic acquisition — channels, spend, and performance
  • Conversion optimisation — trials, activation, and first-value moments
  • Pricing and packaging — testing and iterating toward better unit economics
  • Lifecycle and retention — reducing churn, driving expansion revenue
  • Growth metrics — weekly reporting, experimentation, clear decisions

You'll work closely with product and engineering, and have access to unlimited AI tooling — we expect you to use it aggressively.

What Success Looks Like In your first 3 months

  • You've moved the acquisition and activation metrics
  • Trial starts are up, drop-off is down, and you know exactly why.
  • You're running experiments, not just campaigns, and every channel decision has a number behind it.

Who This Is For

You're a growth practitioner, not a growth theorist. You've owned a funnel and moved it. You know what a good trial activation rate looks like and you've had to fix a bad one.

You might have:

  • Led growth, demand gen, or lifecycle at a SaaS or ecommerce company
  • Owned acquisition and conversion end-to-end, not just one slice
  • Worked in or around Shopify apps, marketplaces, or merchant tools
  • Run growth experiments with real budget and real accountability
  • Built or managed a small team — but you still do the work yourself

You are:

  • Data-first — you live in dashboards and make decisions fast
  • Experimental — you run tests, learn quickly, and kill what doesn't work
  • Hands-on — you write copy, set up campaigns, and pull your own reports
  • Commercial — you understand CAC, LTV, payback, and churn, not just clicks
  • Energised by ownership and pace

What This Is Not

  • A brand or comms role
  • A role where you hand briefs to an agency and review reports
  • A position with a large team underneath you from day one
  • Right for someone looking for process, structure, and slow cycles

Who You'll Work With

You'll work alongside a GM who owns the P&L. You'll have a direct line to our Co-Founders — ex-TradeGecko (acquired by Intuit) — for strategic input when you need it.
