This is not a management job. You will do the work yourself — and you'll own the outcome and growth of one of our product lines.

What You Own

This is a true P&L role. You run the business day-to-day:

  • Product roadmap — prioritise, spec, ship (with a small engineering team)
  • Growth & GTM — acquisition, conversion, pricing, packaging
  • Retention & lifecycle — activation, churn, expansion
  • Customer outcomes — you're close to merchants, always
  • Operating rhythm — weekly metrics, decisions, wins and losses

Your team to start: 2 engineers · 1 marketer · 2 support. Plus unlimited AI tooling — we expect you to multiply your output with it.

What Success Looks Like In your first 3 months

  • You'll have grown trial-to-paid conversion
  • Have a clear view of your P&L, and be running a tight operating rhythm.
  • Merchants are getting value. The team is shipping. You own the number and you know what's driving it.

Who This Is For

You're probably 10–12 years into your career. You've shipped product. You've driven revenue. You've been close to customers. You've worked at a SaaS company where you had to figure things out rather than wait for permission.

You might have:

  • Worked at or built a Shopify app or ecommerce SaaS
  • Owned a P&L or had full operational responsibility for a product line
  • Led growth, PLG, or retention at a product-led company
  • Run a small business or side project with real revenue
  • Had a GM or operator role where you truly owned a number

You are:

  • Fast — you move from strategy to execution in the same hour
  • Scrappy — you do things yourself before delegating them
  • Data-fluent — you read metrics and make decisions, not decks
  • Comfortable with ambiguity — there is no playbook yet; you'll write it
  • Energised by ownership, not titles

What This Is Not

  • A role where you manage people who do the work
  • A step up into a comfortable exec position
  • A role with lots of structure, process, or hand-holding

Who You'll Work With

You'll report into the SLT (VP of Operations and Co-Founders). Not as layers of approval — as high-signal support so you move faster.
