Partner Optimisation Manager
We’re looking for a Partner Optimisation Manager, ready to help our existing partners get the most out of our cutting-edge technology and maintain good relationships with their portfolio of restaurants. Our ideal candidate has a commercial mindset, a good understanding of building relationships and cross-selling products, a keen interest in both tech and food and would like to be part of a young, diverse and vibrant team.

Our industry is in the midst of a digital revolution and EatClub has developed a cutting-edge suite of new products that will help our partners thrive in the digital age - including our new state of the art Artificial Intelligence software.
Through recent lockdowns, we’ve helped venues quadruple their revenue in times when they needed it most. After a recent funding round, we’re looking to expand quickly and take the dynamic pricing revolution Australia-wide, then global.
We’re currently operating in Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide, Brisbane and NYC. We’ve just launched on the Gold Coast, with the Sunshine Coast and Perth next on the menu. There’s plenty of expansion to come, and with it opportunities for those on the journey with us.

The PO Manager is responsible for helping restaurants get the most out of our platform. The role is not your average account management role. On top of being great at building relationships with our partners, you are their consultant helping them generate the maximum amount of revenue for their business.
The EatClub platform encompasses an array of different products and services and it’s your job to help the restaurant use the right tools and strategies for their particular business case. By using the right tools and through your understanding of the specific needs of their business, you will help our partners run a more profitable business and achieve great results for both them & EatClub. You’ll report to the Head of Partner Optimisation and will work closely with the other people in the PO team and sales team.
You’re a natural when it comes to building relationships. You feel comfortable in negotiations and know how to calmly and confidently bring your points across. You’re a fast learner and have a good understanding of numbers.
You have a passion for food and technology and are excited by the prospect of helping restaurants utilise new tools for their business. You can solve problems creatively and have a good feel for sales and marketing.
