Perth Sales Manager

We’re hiring a hands-on, high-energy Sales Manager to lead EatClub’s Business Development team in Perth.

You’ll build, coach, and drive a team of hungry closers signing independent restaurants and hospitality groups, helping venues unlock incremental, profitable revenue through EatClub’s dynamic pricing platform.

This is a high-ownership, high-reward leadership role in one of our newest and most exciting growth markets. You’ll lead from the front, setting standards, creating structure, and building a culture that wins every week.

What You’ll Do

  • Team Leadership & Performance
  • Hire, coach, and manage a team of 5–6 BDMs driving new restaurant sign-ups
  • Lead daily stand-ups, 1:1 coaching sessions, and weekly pipeline reviews
  • Set clear standards for activity, meetings, and sign-up targets
  • Create urgency, accountability, and consistent performance across your team
  • Be on the ground with your reps, leading from the front in meetings and demos

Execution & Coaching

  • Use HubSpot to manage pipeline, track activity, and report performance
  • Use Gong to coach calls and improve discovery, pitching, and closing quality
  • Run blitz days and localised launch campaigns across key hospitality districts
  • Partner with SDRs and Marketing to build high-quality pipeline

Strategy & Market Development

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to execute the Perth growth plan
  • Feed insights into targeting, messaging, and product strategy
  • Drive territory planning, hiring, and scaling as the team expands
  • Contribute to the creation of EatClub’s Perth sales playbook

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–4+ years of sales leadership experience, ideally in SMB or mid-market sales
  • Proven success managing high-activity field teams(5–10 reps)
  • Strong coaching skills with a track record of lifting team performance
  • Hands-on leader who can jump in the field, close deals, and set the pace
  • Experience in hospitality, SaaS, food tech, or marketplaces preferred
  • Comfortable using HubSpot, Gong, or similar sales tools
  • Competitive, structured, and obsessed with results
  • Passionate about helping hospitality venues grow
