About Us
EatClub is one of Australia’s fastest growing tech companies backed by iconic chef Marco Pierre White and trusted by thousands of restaurants across Australia and the UK.
Our mission is simple: Help restaurants fill empty tables. Help diners discover last-minute dining deals. Help the hospitality industry thrive.
With more than 2 million diners on the app and rapid global expansion, we are building a global platform and are looking for top performers who are driven by performance, growth, and winning.
The Opportunity
EatClub is reshaping how cities dine, helping restaurants monetise underutilised capacity through dynamic, time-bound offers. With a growing UK presence and London as a priority market, we are focused on building local demand density from the ground up.
This role owns on-the-ground demand generation in the UK, starting with London. You are responsible for driving awareness, installs, and first bookings through field-led, local, and non-traditional growth tactics that work when brand awareness is still forming.
You will operate at the intersection of brand, growth, and city execution, designing and running local activations, partnerships, and experiments that cut through in the real world. This is not a desk-based or events-only role. It is about moving fast, learning quickly, and turning ideas into measurable city-level impact.
The opportunity offers high autonomy, visible results, and the chance to define how EatClub wins locally in the UK. If you enjoy being close to execution, testing unconventional ideas, and seeing your work directly translate into growth on the street, this is a standout opportunity in a fast-scaling marketplace.
Key Responsibilities
We love a good cover letter. The more you, the better.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute field marketing activity including street teams, flyering, venue partnerships, pop-ups, sponsorships, and community-led initiatives.
- Test scrappy, unconventional tactics that cut through locally, moving quickly from idea to execution.

- Track performance of field activity, double down on what works, and stop what doesn’t.
- Document learnings and share insights with the central marketing team to inform broader growth strategy.
- Own the UK field marketing budget, suppliers, and logistics, ensuring activity is executed professionally and on brand.
- 4-6+ years of experience in field marketing, brand activations, experiential, or local growth roles
- Experience working in consumer tech, marketplaces, hospitality, or adjacent categories
- Comfortable operating independently and owning outcomes
- Strong bias for action, testing, and iteration
- Organised, practical, and able to execute multiple initiatives in parallel
- Comfortable representing a brand publicly and working directly with partners
- You prefer desk-based marketing roles with limited on-the-ground execution
- You need highly structured plans and long lead times before acting
- You are uncomfortable with ambiguity or fast pivots
- You are more interested in brand strategy than real-world execution
- You prefer global campaigns over local, city-by-city growth
- Join a fast-growing Australian start up expanding across the UK and AU
- Real career progression and growth opportunities
- Work with a supportive, collaborative leadership team
- Staff discounts and dining vouchers to enjoy through EatClub
- Your work has immediate impact in a fun, energetic environment
