About The Company

EatClub is one of Australia’s fastest growing tech companies backed by iconic chef Marco Pierre White and trusted by thousands of restaurants across Australia and the UK. Our mission is simple:

Help restaurants fill empty tables. Help diners discover last-minute dining deals. Help the hospitality industry thrive.

With more than 2 million diners on the app and rapid global expansion, we are building something special and exceptional customer support sits at the heart of it.

We don’t just answer questions. We build genuine connections, create memorable experiences, and make our users feel part of our journey.

The Opportunity

This role exists because we’re scaling quickly in London and launching Manchester this March and in need hands-on Account Managers who take full ownership of their territory.

As an Account Manager at EatClub, you are effectively the mayor of your patch. You’ll own the health, performance, and growth of your restaurant portfolio, combining data, field presence, and commercial judgment to reduce churn and unlock long-term value.

While the role offers a high degree of autonomy, you won’t be operating in isolation. You’ll be trusted to manage your time, prioritise the right partners, and make smart decisions in the field. If you enjoy being close to customers, solving real problems, and seeing the direct impact of your work, you’ll thrive here.

If you enjoy a mix of field work, data-driven desk time, and helping design how a function scales, this role will suit you well.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and manage a portfolio of restaurant partners across a defined territory
  • Build trusted relationships with operators through a mix of in-person visits and structured check-ins
  • Monitor partner performance using data and dashboards, identifying risks and opportunities early
  • Proactively reduce churn through consultative, insight-led conversations
  • Lead onboarding, activation, and ongoing optimisation of partners on the EatClub platform
  • Identify and deliver growth opportunities including campaigns, upsells, and new features
  • Spend time both in the field and at your desk reviewing performance and planning partner actions
  • Contribute ideas and feedback to help refine processes, reporting, and account management playbooks

What We Are Looking For

Must Have

  • 1-3 years’ experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or a commercial role
  • Experience working to retention, churn reduction, or revenue-related goals
  • Comfort balancing autonomy with structured ways of working
  • Strong communication skills, both in person and in writing
  • Organised and confident, managing a portfolio across field and desk-based work

Nice To Have

  • Experience in food tech, hospitality, marketplaces, or SaaS
  • Exposure to territory-based or field-led roles
  • Enjoyment of data analysis and performance reporting
  • Interest in process improvement and helping build scalable ways of working

This Role May Be a Strong Fit If You

  • Like owning outcomes but also value support and collaboration
  • Enjoy mixing partner-facing work with data analysis and planning
  • Want to help shape how an Account Management function operates
  • Are comfortable working in a scaling environment where processes evolve
  • Care about delivering real value to partners, not just ticking boxes

Maybe This Role Is Not For You If

  • You’re looking for a role with fully fixed processes and little room to influence them
  • You prefer purely field-based or purely desk-based work, not a blend of both
  • You’re uncomfortable using data to guide conversations with partners
  • You’re not interested in improving how things are done over time

Why You Will Love EatClub

  • Join a high-growth international business at an exciting stage of UK expansion
  • A balanced role with autonomy, structure, and meaningful support
  • The chance to help shape processes as the team and function grow
  • Exposure to high-quality restaurant partners across London
  • A culture that values thoughtful execution, collaboration, and continuous improvement
