About Us

EatClub is one of Australia’s fastest growing tech companies backed by iconic chef Marco Pierre White and trusted by thousands of restaurants across Australia and the UK.

Our mission is simple: Help restaurants fill empty tables. Help diners discover last-minute dining deals. Help the hospitality industry thrive.

With more than 2 million diners on the app and rapid global expansion, we are building a global platform and are looking for top performers who are driven by performance, growth, and winning.

The Opportunity

We are hiring a UK Sales Manager to lead EatClub’s sales execution in Manchester and support broader expansion across Northern UK markets.

This role will be based out of our Manchester hub and is a field led leadership role. You will manage, coach, and scale a team of Business Development Managers while remaining close to the work yourself. You will be visible in the field, involved in deals, and accountable for sign up volume, quality, and team performance.

As the business grows, this role will be expected to support launches in other Northern markets, with regular travel required as new cities come online.

This role requires comfort with high activity sales motions, structured outreach, cold calling, and a field first approach to winning venues.

What You’ll Do

Sales Leadership and Team Performance

  • Leading, coaching, and developing a team of 5 to 10 Business Development Managers
  • Owning new venue sign ups across Manchester and northern cities
  • Setting and enforcing clear daily activity standards including cold calling, outbound outreach, walk ins, and follow ups
  • Running structured one on ones, daily stand ups, and pipeline reviews to maintain rhythm and accountability
  • Ensuring strict adherence to a structured sales process and CRM discipline
  • Building a high performance, high output team culture focused on execution and results

Field Execution and Coaching

  • Leading from the front through drop ins, in person meetings, and live deal support
  • Coaching reps in real time on pitch delivery, objection handling, and deal progression
  • Reinforcing fast sales cycles and disciplined pipeline management
  • Reviewing calls, meetings, and activity to drive continuous improvement
  • Holding a high bar for quality, consistency, and pace in the field

Market Ownership and Expansion

  • Working closely with UK leadership, Revenue, Marketing, and RevOps to shape local and regional go to market execution
  • Providing feedback on market dynamics, objections, pricing sensitivity, and venue quality
  • Supporting hiring, onboarding, and ramping of new Business Development Managers
  • Helping refine sales playbooks, territories, targeting, and activity standards as EatClub scales across the UK
  • Travelling to support launches in new Northern UK markets as required

What We Are Looking For

This is a hands-on leadership role for sales leaders who want to build, lead, and scale high-performing teams in a growth market.

This Role Will Be a Strong Fit If You

  • Are excited by building and scaling high-velocity SMB or marketplace sales teams
  • Are comfortable driving high daily activity, including cold calling and outbound outreach
  • Believe in structured sales processes, clear expectations, and repeatable execution
  • Are hands-on with pipeline hygiene, CRM accuracy, and conversion metrics
  • Lead from the front in a field-first sales environment
  • Thrive in fast-paced, target-driven cultures
  • Take full ownership of outcomes at both team and market level
  • Believe that strong performance should be directly rewarded

This Role May Not Be For You If

  • You prefer a purely strategic or desk-based management role
  • You’re uncomfortable being closely involved in daily activity levels and execution
  • You don’t enjoy working in environments where targets, metrics, and accountability are explicit
  • You’re looking for rigid 9-5 hours rather than flexibility around customer operating times

What You’ll Also Be Doing

  • Spending meaningful time in the field alongside your team
  • Working flexibly around hospitality service times, including evenings and peak periods
  • Travelling regularly across Northern UK markets as the business expands

Experience That Will Help You Succeed

  • 3-5 plus years of first line sales management experience
  • Experience managing 5 to 10 or more sales reps with clear activity and outcome targets
  • Background in food tech, SaaS, marketplaces, or hospitality is highly valued
  • Strong working knowledge of HubSpot or similar CRM systems
  • Confidence coaching in person and in the field, not just from dashboards

Why You Will Love EatClub

  • Be part of EatClub’s founding UK leadership team
  • Own one of the most important growth regions in the business
  • Competitive base salary with uncapped performance upside
  • Clear progression as EatClub scales across the UK and internationally
  • High autonomy with strong structure and expectations
  • Work with a global team passionate about food, tech, and hospitality
