The Opportunity

The Regional Manager, WA and SA is responsible for the overall health, performance, and readiness of EatClub’s WA and SA marketplace. Sitting within the Account Management organisation, this role plays a critical part in shaping supply quality, driving retention, and turning city-level insight into consistent, sustainable performance.

Leading the WA and SA Account Management team, the Regional Manager sets the standard for inventory quality and venue outcomes across the state. They work closely with Sales and Marketing, providing clear city and postcode-level insight that informs where and how execution should focus, ensuring the marketplace is always ready to scale.

This is a senior, hands-on role combining people leadership, commercial judgement, and a deep understanding of how cities perform on the ground.

This role reports to the Head of Account Management, Australia.

What You’ll Do

Account Management Leadership

  • Lead, coach, and develop the WA and SA Account Management team
  • Set clear expectations around performance, quality, and execution standards
  • Act as the senior escalation point for complex venue or commercial issues
  • Ensure national AM processes and standards are consistently applied, with appropriate local nuance

Retention, Deal Quality & Supply Health

  • Own venue retention and churn outcomes across WA
  • Drive high-quality deal structures, strong inventory depth, and effective time-of-day coverage
  • Ensure venues are set up to perform sustainably and convert demand into strong outcomes
  • Identify early risk signals across venues and intervene proactively

City & Postcode-Level Insight

  • Build a deep understanding of WA and SA performance at a city and postcode level
  • Identify priority postcodes for supply improvement or scaling
  • Surface gaps in inventory depth, deal mix, timing, or venue coverage
  • Translate on-the-ground insight into clear, actionable direction for Sales and Marketing

Sales & Marketing Partnership

  • Input into city sales planning by guiding where sales effort should focus
  • Partner closely with Marketing on local initiatives and campaign readiness
  • Ensure inventory is prepared ahead of demand pushes and growth initiatives
  • Support local execution of approved marketing initiatives through strong supply readiness

Commercial Judgement & Market Stewardship

  • Make informed recommendations on local commercial decisions and trade-offs
  • Balance venue outcomes, customer experience, and long-term market health
  • Represent WA and SA in cross-functional discussions relating to supply, retention, and market performance

  • Consistently high-quality, well-structured deal inventory in priority postcodes
  • Clear, trusted city-level insight that improves sales focus and marketing effectiveness

What We Are Looking For

  • 7+ years’ experience in Account Management leadership, marketplace operations, or regional commercial roles
  • Proven experience leading teams and owning retention and quality outcomes
  • Strong commercial judgement and comfort making trade-offs
  • Highly data-informed, but grounded in field-level execution
  • Comfortable partnering closely with Sales and Marketing without owning those functions
  • Experience in hospitality, marketplaces, or high-growth technology environments preferred
