As we grow our marketplace, the restaurant experience becomes a critical lever for supply quality, partner retention, and revenue growth. We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to fully own this surface, from discovery through delivery, and push it forward with pace, curiosity, and conviction.

What You’ll Do
You will:
- Own the end-to-end product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the restaurant (supply-side) experience on EatClub
- Deeply understand restaurant partners, from large enterprise groups to small independents, and translate real problems into product opportunities
- Lead discovery autonomously, forming hypotheses, testing quickly, and shipping improvements on short release cycles (hours to days, not weeks)
- Partner closely with engineering, design, sales, account management, operations, and data to unblock delivery and ship meaningful improvements
- Balance short-term commercial impact with long-term investment in foundational capabilities
- Measure and own outcomes, including partner engagement, satisfaction, retention, and revenue
- Continuously improve how restaurants experience EatClub, reducing friction and increasing value at every touchpoint
- You’ll have real ownership, clear accountability, and the space to make decisions — not just manage backlogs.
Must-Have
- 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in startup or scale-up environments
- Experience owning and scaling B2B, marketplace, or platform products
- Strong curiosity and problem-solving instincts, you enjoy ambiguity and figuring things out
- Comfort running autonomous discovery cycles and shipping on short release timelines
- Experience with zero-to-one product work, from idea to launch
- Confidence using data to form hypotheses, make decisions, and measure impact
- Ability to influence across functions through clear communication and strong judgment
- Experience in hospitality tech or two-sided marketplaces
- Exposure to fast-paced, high-growth teams where priorities shift quickly
- Ownership of full-stack or end-to-end product surfaces
- Thrive in environments with high autonomy and high accountability
- Prefer solving real user problems over perfecting the process
- Enjoy shipping, learning, and iterating quickly
- Are motivated by outcomes, not just outputs
- Want to see the direct commercial impact of your work
- Prefer highly structured environments with long planning cycles
- Rely heavily on detailed upfront requirements and rigid roadmaps
- Are more of a “process-first” or delivery-only PM
- Are uncomfortable with ambiguity, fast decisions, or short feedback loops
