About EatClub
At EatClub, we believe restaurants and bars are the beating heart of every city's culture. Whether it's discovering a hidden gem, grabbing a late-night takeaway, or meeting friends for a drink, our mission is simple: help the hospitality industry thrive through smart, powerful tech.
Our platform helps over 2 million customers discover top restaurants and access real-time deals that save them up to 50% off the bill. We empower more than 4,000 venues to fill empty tables, increase foot traffic, and maximise revenue.
Recently ranked #11 on the 2025 Deloitte Tech Fast 50! Now is an exciting time to join our team. Initially co-founded by Marco Pierre White and leaders in the food tech scene, we're now a 150+ person scaleup that's growing fast and making waves in the industry.
The Opportunity
EatClub is changing how cities dine out. We help restaurants fill empty seats through dynamic, time bound offers, and we give diners up to 50 percent off including drinks. We are scaling fast across the UK, with London as our priority market and live operations in Manchester, Liverpool, Bristol and Leeds.
This role owns how EatClub shows up in the real world. You are the person who turns a postcode on a map into a city that knows our name, downloads our app, and books a table this week. Field is the unsung half of our growth model. Paid media has a ceiling, brand campaigns build long term salience, and field is what closes the gap in between. The work is operational, repeatable and unglamorous, and that is exactly why it matters. The right person finds that appealing.
You will report directly to the CMO and operate at the intersection of growth, brand, supply and lifecycle. Your work shows up on the street, in the data and in the P&L within weeks. There are no layers between you and the decisions that matter.
Key responsibilities:
One last note: even if you feel that you don't meet all the criteria above, we encourage you to apply. Past work experience is not the only indicator of future success, and we are on the look out for hungry talent who wants to grow with us. So if you want to be a part of something remarkable, then we're excited to hear from you.

You will report directly to the CMO and operate at the intersection of growth, brand, supply and lifecycle. Your work shows up on the street, in the data and in the P&L within weeks. There are no layers between you and the decisions that matter.
Key responsibilities:
- City and suburb launches. Adapt and execute our UK launch playbook market by market, feeding ground level insight back so the playbook gets sharper with every launch.
- Street team operations and build out. Hire, train and manage brand ambassadors and flyering teams. Own location selection using supply and demand data, route planning, scripts, uniform and the quality bar. The field team is the brand on the street, and the standard starts with you
- Demand and supply alignment. Act as the connective tissue between field activity and the UK Sales team. Time activations to restaurant onboarding so the first wave of diners arrives when supply is fresh, and so new restaurants see ROI within their first month
- Guerrilla and local marketing. Design and run unconventional activations including venue partnerships, community tie ins, pop ups, local sponsorships and neighbourhood stunts. Create real world buzz on a lean budget in markets where brand awareness is still forming
- In venue activation. Partner with Sales to land EatClub in venue through giveaways, window decals, table talkers, staff training moments and launch night activations. Diners convert faster when the restaurant itself feels like part of the network
- Campaign surge mode. Flex field intensity around national and seasonal moments including Summer of EatClub, so paid media and field amplify each other in the same week and the same postcodes
- Performance reporting. Follow a clear, repeatable reporting cadence for the CMO. Track installs, first bookings, cost per acquisition and retention by suburb and activation type. Know what is working before anyone asks, and kill what is not
- Budget and supplier ownership. Manage print vendors, field staff agencies, local partners and activation budgets. Keep it on brand, on budget and professional
- 4+ years of experience in field marketing, brand activations, experiential, or local growth roles
- Experience working in consumer tech, marketplaces, hospitality, food and beverage, or adjacent categories
- Comfortable operating independently and owning outcomes, not just outputs
- Strong bias for action, testing, and iteration, with the data literacy to know whether a test actually worked
- Organised, practical, and able to execute multiple initiatives in parallel across multiple cities
- Comfortable representing the brand publicly and working directly with restaurant partners, agencies and local stakeholders
- Hands on people manager, with experience hiring and motivating casual or contract field teams
- Based in London with the right to work in the UK, and willing to travel regularly across UK markets
- You prefer desk based marketing roles with limited on the ground execution
- You need highly structured plans and long lead times before acting
- You are uncomfortable with ambiguity or fast pivots
- You are more interested in brand strategy than real world execution
- You prefer global campaigns over local, city by city growth
- You want a role with a large existing team and established playbooks to inherit
