About EatClub

EatClub is one of Australia's fastest-growing consumer technology companies, helping people eat out more often at great restaurants, while helping restaurants bring in more diners on their terms. Through live dining deals, we give diners more reasons to say yes to going out and help restaurants turn spare tables into incremental revenue.

Today, EatClub connects 3M+ diners with 10,000 restaurants across 18 cities, and we're only getting started. We were named Australia's Fastest Growing Technology Company by the AFR in 2025 and are the #1 Food & Drink app in Australia.

Co-founded by legendary chef Marco Pierre White, we're now taking a proven model into new markets and building a category-defining global dining platform: one that helps restaurants create smarter demand and gives millions more people a reason to get out, discover somewhere great and eat together more often.

The Opportunity

Millions of people have already discovered EatClub. The next opportunity is turning more of them into regulars.

As Head of Lifecycle Marketing, you'll lead how we turn first-time diners into long-term customers, increasing repeat behaviour, frequency and lifetime value across every market EatClub operates in.

This is much bigger than CRM. You'll shape the global lifecycle strategy, identify the biggest behavioural and commercial opportunities across our customer base, and bring together marketing, product, data, incentives and experimentation to make EatClub increasingly valuable to diners over time.

You'll work closely with Product, Data, Acquisition and Finance, lead the Lifecycle team across markets, and help build the systems and capabilities that can scale with millions more customers.

It's a rare opportunity to shape a core growth function inside a fast-scaling consumer marketplace, with the customer base already large enough for your work to have a meaningful impact from day one.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own EatClub's global lifecycle strategy, from first transaction through repeat, habit, retention, frequency and customer value
  • Identify and prioritise the biggest lifecycle growth opportunities across markets, cohorts and customer segments
  • Build a compounding lifecycle engine, using the right mix of communications, incentives, referral, product mechanics and experimentation to change customer behaviour
  • Partner deeply with Product, Data and Acquisition to improve activation, engagement and retention across the full customer journey
  • Own lifecycle measurement and customer economics, building a clear view of what is driving incremental behaviour, retention and lifetime value
  • Lead and grow the Lifecycle function, developing the team, capabilities and systems EatClub needs as we scale internationally

You have....

  • You've led meaningful lifecycle, retention or customer growth work in a consumer business and can show how your work changed customer behaviour and commercial outcomes
  • You combine strong customer intuition with analytical rigour. You understand retention, cohorts, experimentation and customer economics, but you also know that the answer is not always another campaign
  • You're comfortable working deeply with Product and Data, making decisions with imperfect information and leading a team through growth and change
  • Experience in a high-frequency consumer app, marketplace, loyalty or multi-market business would be valuable, but we care more about the scale of your thinking and what you've actually built than a perfect background
  • Strong commercial judgement and confidence making investment trade-offs with Finance and senior leadership

Maybe this role is not for you if:

  • You prefer execution of CRM campaigns over owning retention outcomes
  • You are uncomfortable with incentives, economics, or commercial accountability
  • You need stable roadmaps and perfect data before acting
  • You are not excited by fast-moving startup environments
  • You prefer working in isolation rather than tight cross-functional partnership
