About EatClub
At EatClub, we believe restaurants and bars are the beating heart of every city's culture. Whether it's discovering a hidden gem, grabbing a late-night takeaway, or meeting friends for a drink, our mission is simple: help the hospitality industry thrive through smart, powerful tech.
Our platform helps over 2 million customers discover top restaurants and access real-time deals that save them up to 50% off the bill. We empower more than 5,000 venues to fill empty tables, increase foot traffic, and maximise revenue.
Recently ranked #11 on the 2025 Deloitte Tech Fast 50! Now is an exciting time to join our team. Initially co-founded by Marco Pierre White and leaders in the food tech scene, we're now a 200+ person scaleup that's growing fast and making waves in the industry.
Why You'll Love Working With Us
This role is the engine room of our global People & Culture function. About 70% of your time will be spent on recruitment coordination, communication, and supporting hiring needs - keeping our hiring pipeline moving smoothly across every market we operate in. The remaining time is spent supporting our HRIS systems and processes, and helping roll out new P&C programs as we launch them.
You'll be the person candidates and hiring managers can rely on to keep things moving - scheduling interviews across time zones, keeping candidates warm and informed, and making sure our employer brand shows up.
What You'll Own
Recruitment Coordination, Communication & EB (:70%)
You'll become the person our global P&C team and hiring managers trust to keep recruitment and people operations running smoothly, wherever in the world they're happening. You'll have the chance to grow beyond coordination into broader People & Culture ownership as our global footprint - and our team - continues to grow.

Maybe this role is not for you if....
- You are not confident in your English skills
- You prefer working with one local team rather than juggling multiple markets and time zones
- You need heavy structure and direction to stay on top of your work
- You find repetitive processes and system admin draining rather than satisfying
- You're not comfortable with the pace and ambiguity of a scaleup
