As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a hands-on Digital Marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves driving measurable results.
About the Role
This is a mid-level role, ideal for a digital marketer with 2–3 years of experience who’s ready to take ownership of campaign performance and contribute to a growing brand. You'll be responsible for managing our paid media, optimising digital funnels, and supporting lead generation and brand awareness across key channels.
You’ll work closely with the broader marketing team to bring campaigns to life, from strategy through to execution, reporting, and optimisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimise Google Ads and LinkedIn campaigns
- Manage and maintain the etrainu website, including content updates and landing page creation
- Own analytics and reporting, drawing insights from GA4, HubSpot, and other platforms
- Implement and monitor SEO strategies to improve organic traffic
- Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including automation, segmentation, and performance tracking
- Optimise audience targeting and digital funnels to drive engagement and conversions
- Contribute to CRO initiatives across paid ads, landing pages, and email campaigns
- Collaborate with internal teams (design, content, product) to deliver cohesive campaign assets
- Plan and execute event and tradeshows
- Stay up to date with digital trends and best practices to drive innovation and effectiveness
What We’re Looking For
- 2–3 years’ experience in a digital marketing role, ideally within a B2B or SaaS environment
- Demonstrated experience running paid campaigns across Google Ads and LinkedIn
- Strong working knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, HubSpot, or equivalent tools
- Understanding of on-page SEO and basic technical SEO
- Confident using a CMS (preferably Webflow)
- Strong written communication skills with attention to detail
- Data-driven mindset and ability to interpret campaign performance
- Comfortable working in a collaborative and fast-moving environment
