With rapid growth and an expanding international presence, we’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Head of Finance to join our leadership team.

As Head of Finance, you will be the financial steward of the organisation, responsible for driving commercial strategy, financial planning, and operational excellence. This is a critical leadership role, ensuring etrainu remains well-positioned for sustainable growth while maintaining strong governance and compliance.

You will:

• Lead all aspects of financial management including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and compliance.
• Partner with the CEO and executive team to shape strategic decisions with financial insights.
• Take a hands on approach and own the outcome of all aspects of the finance department while bringing strategic insights to the team.

• Develop and manage risk frameworks, ensuring compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements.
• Drive operational efficiency across financial systems, processes, and reporting.
• Manage relationships with auditors, tax advisors, investors, and other key stakeholders.
• Provide leadership to our third party accountants and the resourcing that they provide us while creating continuous improvements within the organisation

You are a commercially minded finance leader with strong technical expertise and a proven ability to align financial strategy with business growth. You’re comfortable in a fast-paced, scaling environment and thrive on both strategy and execution.

You’ll bring:

• CPA or CA qualification with 5+ years’ experience in senior finance roles.
• Demonstrated experience in leading finance functions within SaaS, tech, or high-growth companies.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, corporate governance, and compliance frameworks.
• Exceptional business acumen, with the ability to influence and collaborate at an executive level.
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on delivery.
