Engineering Manager

Hey all, We're currently in the market for an Engineering Manager – Platform & Site Reliability at etrainu.
We're doubling down on our reliability and operational practises and investing in our Platform & SRE team function
This role will lead:
- Incident response and operational coordination
- Platform reliability and AWS infrastructure
- A growing SRE team
- The work that keeps production issues away from product teams
- Turning recurring operational requests into automation and self-service
You'll work closely with engineering, customer success and leadership to make sure production issues are handled calmly, communicated clearly, and permanently improved.
