The Role

We are currently looking for a driven and enthusiastic Junior Sales Development Representative to join the etrainu team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is early in their sales career and hungry to learn. You will support our sales pipeline by qualifying inbound leads and executing targeted outbound prospecting campaigns, all under the guidance of our experienced Head of Sales - APAC. You will interact with prospective customers to uncover business challenges, identify relevant opportunities, and set our Account Executives up for success.

You will thrive in our fast-paced, collaborative, and energetic environment. Success in this role is measured by Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) delivered vs. target and your contribution to the growth of the sales team. Target markets are Global.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect, educate, qualify, and develop inbound leads and target accounts to create sales-ready opportunities
  • Validate and convert Marketing leads and prospects into Sales Accepted Leads for the Sales team
  • Work closely with Sales Management to build targeted lists, develop call strategies, and craft messaging to drive new business
  • Research accounts, identify key stakeholders, and generate interest to develop accounts to opportunity stage
  • Outbound prospect via cold calling, email, LinkedIn and other marketing channels
  • Uncover prospect business challenges and identify relevant new business opportunities through discovery conversations
  • Become a trusted resource and develop strong relationships with prospects
  • Successfully manage and overcome prospect objections
  • Manage all prospect interactions in HubSpot to ensure accurate and efficient lead management
  • Consistently achieve qualified opportunity quotas in support of revenue objectives
  • Provide closed-loop feedback to ensure continuous process optimisation
  • Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of the etrainu platform, industry trends and competition

  • Ability to demonstrate a track record of achieving goals — in sales, sport, study or life
